4. Enterprise contracting

For an enterprise purchase, the documents normally fit together like this: an order form or subscription agreement setting out plan, term and price; our master Terms of Service; a Data Processing Addendum with the subprocessor list; the Security Overview; the Acceptable Use Policy; and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where we sign a negotiated agreement, order form, DPA or service level agreement with you, that document prevails over these website terms to the extent it says so. A click-through acceptance on this site does not replace a negotiated DPA if your organisation requires one. We do not currently publish a standalone service level agreement with committed uptime figures; if you need contractual availability commitments, raise it during contracting.
