We want ZeroCredit AI to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
1. What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, forms, dialogs and menus, with visible focus styling.
- Labels on form fields, and validation errors presented as text rather than colour alone.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Colour choices in our light and dark themes chosen for readable contrast.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting for non-essential animation.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at increased zoom, without horizontal scrolling.
- Print-friendly legal pages.
2. Known limitations
- Some dense analytics tables and charts are harder to interpret with a screen reader; where a chart carries information, we are progressively adding a table or text summary alongside it.
- Third-party content we embed — such as the payment checkout window — follows that provider's own accessibility behaviour.
- Documentation code samples rely on monospace formatting that may not convey structure to assistive technology.
3. Tell us about a barrier
If any part of the site or product is difficult to use, email support@zerocreditai.com with the page address and what happened, including the assistive technology and browser you use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 working days and will tell you what we can fix and when. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide a reasonable alternative.
4. If we do not resolve it
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate through our grievance process, and you keep any rights you have under applicable accessibility and disability-rights law.
