If something about our service, our handling of your data, or a payment has gone wrong, you can raise it here. We would rather hear about a problem early than have you escalate it elsewhere first.

2. What you can raise here
- Privacy requests and complaints about how your personal data has been handled.
- Billing, invoice, refund and cancellation disputes.
- Service quality, availability or support issues you feel were not resolved.
- Reports of abuse, security concerns, or content you believe infringes your rights.
3. How to submit a complaint
Email us with:
- your name and the organisation or account the complaint relates to;
- the email address registered with us;
- what happened, with dates and any relevant request or invoice references;
- what outcome you are looking for.
Please never include API keys, passwords, one-time codes or other secrets in a complaint. If a complaint concerns another person's personal data, we may need to verify that you are authorised to act for them.
4. Acknowledgement, tracking and resolution
- Acknowledgement. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and give it a reference you can quote in replies.
- Investigation. We review the account, logs and any records needed to establish the facts, and we may come back to you for more detail.
- Resolution. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days of receiving the information we need, and we will tell you if something will take longer and why.
- Statutory timelines. Where the law that applies to a particular request sets a specific timeline, that timeline applies instead of our operational target.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply to the resolution email and ask for escalation; it will be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision. If you remain dissatisfied, you keep every right you have under applicable law to approach the competent data protection, consumer or other authority, or a court. Nothing in this process limits those rights.
6. Enterprise customers and end users
Where you are an individual whose data was submitted to our platform by a company using ZeroCredit AI, that company decides why your data was processed. We will normally refer your request to them and support them in responding. Contact them first where you can; if you cannot identify them, write to us and we will help.
7. Other ways to reach us
For ordinary support questions use support@zerocreditai.com or the contact page. Privacy rights requests are described in our Privacy Notice.
